RaceFor is a mobile application that lets you create your own virtual charity races, or compete in someone else’s, anytime, anywhere.

To create a Race, all you need is a PayPal account. You set the distance, minimum donation, and the dates the race is active. Racers join by making a donation and race whenever, wherever they want.

RaceFor’s GPS-tracks time, distance, pace and speed as they race, and stores private stats for the racer, and global stats the RaceFor community as a whole.

That’s up to you. RaceFor doesn’t actively review or restrict what you enter for your cause. However, we reserve the right to remove any Race, Racer, or Organizer from the RaceFor network if we deem it necessary or advisable. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

We’re continuing to roll our new features and soon you’ll be able to do this directly from the RaceFor app. In the meantime, please make sure you’ve set up a Profile in the app, and email us at [email protected] with the following:

• + Your RaceFor Email Address
• + Race Name
• + Race Description
• + Race Beneficiary (who are you raising money for?)
• + Race Window Start and End Dates
• + Race Distance
• + Minimum Donation to enter
• + Paypal email address where donations should be deposited
• + Thumbnail images for your Race (optional):
• + Description Image: 290x148 pixels, gif, jpg, png (show example)
• + Icon Images: 50x50 pixels, gif, jpg, png (show example)

All Donations, less a 6% + $0.30 administrative and credit card processing fee, are immediately deposited into the PayPal account provided when creating a the race. Additional disbursements or distributions are the responsibility of the Race Organizer. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

The app is free to download and use. SS+K Labs subtracts a 6% + $0.30 administrative and credit card processing fee from every donation processed by the RaceFor network.
